We offer term time classes, weekly at the Cotswold Playhouse in Stroud. We have a fully equipped dance studio, with harlequin dance floor and mirrors. Centre Stage offers a variety of classes for all ages, working through our own in-house level programme.
We also offer classes in Nailsworth and at several schools throughout Gloucestershire.
Despite lots of people thinking that we are a franchise, we are a small local Stroud company with over 17 years of teaching behind us.
Children that perform with us will become more confident, have fun, learn new skills and make lots of friends. We work towards one main show a year as well as perform at fetes and local events through-out the year.
Our students have been asked to perform with the European Ballet, Dad Dancing (Suscito Film),
King and I (Everyman) and several have gone on to train at Drama schools.
Centre Stage offers a variety of packages for schools, whether you are looking for an after school club, dance as part of PE, need some help with the school show or a treat for your students in Golden hour.
We can offer:
Irish Dance (soft shoe)
Our packages range from one hour after school clubs (minimum of 12 students) through to full day workshops tailored to suit each class throughout the whole school.
Please contact us for specific requirements and affordable prices.
Our Stage school is musical theatre based. Every week we do drama for half of the class, the other half is split between singing and dance.
